Attachment & Family Systems Training for Providers and Counties

I offer relational, attachment-focused trainings for mental health providers, school teams, and county agencies who support children, caregivers, and families. My work centers on helping professionals understand how early experiences, family patterns, and generational trauma shape the way people connect, cope, and relate to one another.

What I Provide

My trainings are grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. I focus on helping teams:

• Recognize attachment patterns across the lifespan
• Understand the impact of generational trauma on families
• Strengthen caregiver–child connection through responsive, empathetic practice
• Use family therapy strategies to shift patterns and support healthier relationships
   

Each training weaves together practical tools, reflection, and real examples so providers feel supported, confident, and equipped to apply what they learn right away.

I partner closely with agencies and counties to create trainings that fit their needs—whether you’re supporting frontline staff, working with complex family systems, or wanting to build more trauma-responsive practices across your organization.

Sessions can be offered onsite in half-day, full-day, or multi-session formats.
