OUR PROVIDERS

Ana is the CIBS (Collaborative Intensive Bridging Services) Therapist for Morrison County and In-Home Therapist for Crow Wing and Morrison Counties. Ana received her Master's degree from Western Kentucky University with a focus in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling. Ana has been providing therapy since 2019 and focuses on delivering a family-focused approach when working with her clients. Ana has experience working with a variety of clients and therapy modalities, including Theraplay, Gottman Couples Counseling, TF-CBT, and Strategic Family Therapy, to meet the needs of clients and their families. Ana focuses on strong collaboration efforts with other providers to provide effective care for the Client in various areas that could be contributing to their mental health. 

When Ana is not providing therapy, she enjoys advocating for the mental health community by providing training to other providers or spending time with her family. Ana has a passion for integrating naturopathic ideas to support physical health issues that can contribute to mental health within her work.
