ABOUT ANA
Ana serves as the CIBS (Collaborative Intensive Bridging Services) Therapist for Morrison County and provides intensive in-home therapy to families across both Crow Wing and Morrison Counties. She brings a deeply relational, family-centered approach to her work, believing that healing happens within connection, consistency, and collaboration.
Ana earned her Master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Western Kentucky University, where she developed a strong foundation in systems-focused care. Since beginning her therapeutic work in 2019, she has devoted her career to helping families understand one another more deeply, rebuild trust, and navigate challenges with compassion and clarity.
Ana’s clinical experience includes working with children, teens, adults, and couples from a wide range of backgrounds, allowing her to adapt her approach to the unique needs of each family system. She integrates several evidence-based modalities—including Theraplay, Gottman Couples Counseling, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Strategic Family Therapy—to support emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and shift long-standing generational patterns.
A strong believer in holistic and wraparound care, Ana places a high value on collaborating with schools, county workers, medical providers, and other community supports. She understands that mental health is shaped by many intersecting factors, and works alongside other professionals to ensure families receive coordinated, thoughtful, and effective support.
BEYOND THE THERAPY ROLE
When she is not meeting with families, Ana enjoys advocating for the mental health community through professional trainings and presentations. She is passionate about helping other providers strengthen their understanding of attachment, trauma, and family dynamics.
Ana also enjoys exploring naturopathic and integrative approaches to wellness, especially where physical health and mental health intersect. Outside of work, you’ll often find her spending quality time with her fiancé and their animals, or relaxing with one of her many favorite hobbies. Her personal life is rooted in the same values she brings to her practice—connection, presence, and intentional growth.
