WHAT IS COLLABORATIVE INTENSIVE BRIDGING SERVICES (CIBS)?

CIBS is an intensive, relationship-centered in-home therapy program designed to support families in creating lasting change. Grounded in the Strategic Family Therapy (SFT) model, this program focuses on strengthening connection, improving communication, and helping families shift patterns that no longer serve them.

Your therapist meets with your family 2–3 times each week, offering consistent support and a steady presence as you work through challenges together. At the start of the program, your family sets the goals that matter most to you, and the therapist builds a structured plan around those priorities. The program moves through three stages over the course of 7–9 months, allowing time for growth, reflection, and meaningful transformation.

What the CIBS Program Includes

  • Family, individual, and couples therapy based on your family’s unique needs
  • Parent psychoeducation to build confidence and understanding
  • Collaboration with schools, providers, and other supports
  • Structured sessions that follow your family’s goals
  • 2–3 sessions each week for steady, consistent progress
  • Access to an on-call therapist, including weekends
  • A strengths-focused approach that builds on what your family already does well
  • For children, teens, and adults ages 8+

This program is offered exclusively to families living in Morrison County, and referrals must come through a County or Northern Pines case manager.
